Description
As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are presented effectively to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the merchandising team to implement strategies, analyze trends, and optimize product placement.
Responsibilities:
- Execute merchandising plans to ensure that products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the inventory management team to restock products as needed
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for product assortment and placement
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional opportunities
- Generating various sales analysis reports, including daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries
Qualifications:
- Experience in Merchandiser in retail business at least 5 years
- Analytical skill
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Flexibility and Growth mindset with can-do attitude, ownership, proactive, energetic and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
