Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the project team.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in project management, specifically in Waste-to-Energy, bioenergy, or waste management projects.
- Strong background in boiler engineering and mechanical engineering.
- Proficiency in both Thai and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within budget and schedule.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
