Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the project team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in project management, specifically in Waste-to-Energy, bioenergy, or waste management projects.
  • Strong background in boiler engineering and mechanical engineering.
  • Proficiency in both Thai and English languages, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within budget and schedule.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
