Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany, to keep the HR IT systems of BOSCH running and up to date. Our team is looking for a Enabling platform´s Communication + Project Management Office (PMO) Intern to join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:
- Assist in project management office (PMO) related tasks for the Digital Adoption Platform;
- Organizing and moderating meetings/events;
- Coordination with other project management office responsible from different projects;
- Maintain Project Management tracking tools (Jira) up to date with applicable documentation and latest status;
- Maintain document management systems like SharePoint, Confluence, MS teams and its different resources;
- Assure a continuous improvement on our project management and documentation management systems;
- Support in Change, Communications, Enabling administrative tasks (Preparation of documentation, presentations, meeting minutes, etc.);
- Creation of marketing videos and coordinating related marketing activities;
- Creation of training materials, quick guides etc.
Qualifications:
- Education: Marketing, Communication and Social Sciences;
- Language-Skills: outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, OneNote, etc.): e.g., create visual appealing presentations, prepare spreadsheets, etc;
- Pro-active, independent, good time-management & organizational skills, detail oriented, able to prioritize;
- Team-player with strong communication and marketing skills who enjoys working with a very diverse and multi-disciplinary team (both on-site and virtual);
- High level for customer-service orientation and Global Team set Up;
- Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment.
