Marketing & Communication Strategist

Your Key Responsibilities:

• * Strategic Mindset*: Make action plans and execute PR & Communication strategies for brands and educational products. Assess outcomes to contribute to the success of the company's branding projects, product promotion campaigns. Discuss with the Marketing team to structure solutions to prevent and handle Marcom’s crisis.
• Social Media Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence, engaging with our audience and growing our community across platforms.
• Networks:Find and evaluate the performance, abilities, and capabilities of PR partners/ agencies and media partners/ agencies; coordinate with them to execute effective communication plans. Have broad knowledge of and comprehensive networks with presses and work with the presses to air articles.
• Content Creation:Collaborate with the Marketing Digital Supervisor and Off-line Supervisor to prepare, produce, and manage the company's branding materials. Create and manage contents for external activities, including press releases, PR articles, media booking contents, KOL/Influencer content, and newsletters with organization updates. Able to film and take good photographs and videos. Have an artful eye (not mandatory).
• Content Strategy:Develop and execute content strategies aligned with Finest Future's objectives, ensuring consistency and resonance across all channels. Plan and execute content marketing campaigns to promote events, initiatives, and key projects.
• Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to create visually appealing content that communicates our vision effectively.
• Analytics and Optimization: Monitor content performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
• Feedback Management:Manage Communication Crisis: monitor how many good/ bad reactions and report daily to the Marketing management team to have immediate plan and action regarding crisis solutions and communicate relevant information and feedback to related departments through both online and offline channels.
• Collaboration:Align with other business units such as Sales, Product Development, and Operations to generate integrated campaigns that support overall business success.
• Additional Tasks:Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

• High intelligence in Marcom.
• High intelligence in communication in both Vietnamese and English.
• 4 years +: valuable experience in PR and Communication.
• 4 years +: experience in managing online communities.
• Proven track record in planning and handling Communication crisis.
• Content creation skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Ability to plan and execute PR & Communication strategies effectively.
• Comprehensive networks and experience in working with presses for articles airing.
• Strong networks with agencies and KOL and celebrities.
• Proficiency in managing branding materials and external content.
• Experience in managing customer feedback and communication channels.
• Collaboration skills with various business units for integrated campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
