We are thrilled to be expanding our team and are currently seeking a talented and motivated Policy Expert **to join our Vietnam Team!
_ You will be part the policy team and coordinate with many departments and stakeholders across the company as you’re at the core of the process._**
Your main tasks will involve:
- Take the lead in setting up new group policies overseeing the whole process from creation to completion.
- Lead the renewals process and the endorsement of the Group policies.
- Understand our stakeholder's needs including their eligibility, and coverage and provide them with high-quality assistance service.
- Offer stakeholders quality advice and provide them with valuable recommendations to address their specific needs.
- Monitor the team’s volume of activity and manage key performance indicators to ensure efficient and effective policy issuance processes.
- Ensure that Service Level Agreements are met, and processes are followed consistently.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to the team members to enhance their knowledge and skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular checks and set up regular performance evaluations.
- Conduct monthly audits and take corrective actions.
- Perform ad hoc duties as requested by the Manager.
You have the following qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field
- 5 to 7 years experiences overseeing the entire policy issuance process preferably within a corporate setting.
- Experience in the insurance industry with a focus on health insurance would be highly advantageous.
- Fluent in English.
- Excellent oral communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Customer oriented, mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel.
