After-sales Service Engineer

What We Can Offer:

1. Debug machine operations, follow up on machine operations, and provide improvement suggestions to R&D
2. Responsible for fault detection and maintenance of customer on-site equipment
3. Provide customers with training on equipment operations and abnormality troubleshooting
4. Provide technical consulting services to customers
5. Cooperate with sales to conduct customer demand surveys
6. Carry out different types of Vietnamese translation or interpretation work for internal or external customers of the company, such as documents, meetings, phone calls, etc.;

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, Engineering background is a plus
2. Priority will be given to those with experience in SMT industry or FPC lamination, covering film, etc.
3. Those with startup experience or technicians in SMT or FPC industry, engineers are preferred
4. Can communicate in English or Chinese
