Responsibilities:
Customer and Industry Insights
- Synthesizes business insights, global best practices, and industry expertise to develop recommendations for managing accounts.
- Orchestrates global teams, addresses business challenges, and aligns work with overall strategy.
- Applies deep expertise to identify industry scenarios and partners, supporting customers in solving issues.
Trusted Advisor
- Acts as a virtual CTO/CDO, advising on solutions and positioning Microsoft capabilities.
- Provides thought leadership, shares best practices, and guides internal teams.
- Leverages industry knowledge, collaborates with partners, and advocates for customer needs.
Technology Strategy Formulation
- Analyzes customer needs and collaborates with global executives to develop overall strategy.
- Ensures execution of technology strategy and digital transformation.

Technology Sales: Demand Generation and Orchestration
