About the Role:
We are looking for a talented UI-UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our range of loyalty program solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements and translate them into elegant designs that align with our brand identity.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet user needs and business goals.
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI-UX design.

Requirements:
Required Skills & Abilities:

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI-UX design skills.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
• Experience with prototyping tools
• Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability principles.
• Understanding of responsive design and familiarity with mobile and web development technologies.
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-2 years of experience in UI-UX design.
• Experience working in an agile development process is a plus.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion design and animation is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
