~ Restaurant Store Supervisor
Job Description;
- Managing the day-to-day running of the store and making sure that high standards of customer service, cleanliness and hygiene, quality assurance, staff morale, training and performance are maintained.
- Handling customer complaints and queries;
- Targets, coordinating staff scheduling and rotations
- Working to ensure standards of hygiene are maintained and that the restaurant complies with health and safety regulations;
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained;
- Preparing sales reports and other performance analysis documentation;
- Organizing telephone orders, Talabat orders and coordinating deliveries in timely manner;
- Operational Management: organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing maintenance, cleanliness and security of the branch
- Place orders with suppliers, assess inventory, and organize stores.
