About this opportunity
What you will do

  • Be responsible to manage and coordinates with ASPs(subcontractors) to plan/drive rollout activities and work packages
  • You will support project manager and functional managers in organize and coordinate rollouts activities
  • Actively engaged with customer to secure their satisfaction and participate in regular customer meeting as required
  • Being able to participate in physical face to face meeting locally.
  • Manage and coordinates with local and international Integration teams for rollout activities
  • Reducing cost and improving efficiency
  • Handle work orders, deliver rollout plan agreed with customer.
  • Secure planning and follow up of quality assurances
  • Following up in EHS matters and report any violation
  • Report regularly to project manager/line manager the progress and raise the showstoppers
  • 3rd PP supplier’s management experience
  • Financial Competence & Analysis Skills
  • Business Understanding & Consultative Selling Skills
  • Customer and Market Insight
  • Negotiation, Persuading & influencing Skills
  • Project Management Skills
  • Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
  • Leading, supervising, planning & organizing skills

You Will Bring

  • Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) and
  • 5-7 years’ experience of deploying Network Rollout projects (NRO)
  • Domain experience: RAN and MW, Team leading
  • You will need to have excellent Leading & supervising skills
  • Coping with pressures and setbacks
  • Delivering results and meet customer expectations
  • Planning and organizational skills for large projects
  • fluent in English and Arabic languages
