Nursing Excellence Coordinator

We have an excellent opportunity for a western qualified and experienced Nursing Excellence Coordinator to join our client in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

The hospital complex is the most modern medical institution among the Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals with 350 bed capacity and serves military beneficiaries, their dependents, hospital employees and other beneficiaries in the Eastern Province. The hospital has 2,973 employees and it is a tertiary care hospital provides the full continuum of health services.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Nursing
• Healthcare certification in Quality, Patient Safety, Risk Management or Project Management
• Valid professional license in the country of origin
• Eligible for registration with SCFHS as Specialist or higher.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive nursing experience and two (2) years in nursing leadership/ management
• Active participation in or have co-led/led an improvement project or initiative.
• Participation in accreditation processes as a nurse leader (e.g. JCI, CBAHI)
• Magnet journey experience preferred
