Experience

  • Basic Thru Commissioning Phases
  • Pre-tender design
  • PDP FEED execution
  • Project Controls: Scheduling, effort hours, progress, productivity
  • Secondment/assignment
  • FEED >100k hours
  • Technically abreast
  • Procurement support/BEA

Job Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of relevant international codes i.e. ASME, API,TEMA, PIP, standards
  • Deep Knowledge of Thermal design and use of HTRI and Compress software
  • Capability to interpret project standards( SESs), specifications, analyse exceptions
  • In-depth knowledge of procedures and practices for developing mechanical eng deliverables
  • In-depth knowledge of Exchanger type selection, equipt data sheets, materials, layouts
  • Quality: auditing and gate reviews
  • Procurement: RFP/PO Packages, TB Evaluations, award
  • Supplier Drawings and Documentation review
  • Value Engineering practices, techniques
  • Troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis
  • Vendor Support Management
  • PDP proposal preparation FEED
  • Training Coaching and Mentoring

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering
