Job Title: Residential Service Manager (intellectual Disabilities)
Location: Co. Wicklow

Hours: 39
Salary: 56,988 - 65,482 DOE
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Level 7 social care or relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a social care setting
- Full Drivers License, car and willing to travel to locations within the service

The Residential Services Manager will be responsible for supporting the head of operations in delivering quality person-centred care for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The role will involve monitoring and reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of the services provided.
Key skills for this role include excellent leadership and communication abilities, as well as a solid understanding of intellectual disabilities.
