Please note that the role will be office-based in Houghton Estate Johannesburg, operating during USA EST hours (3pm-11pm daylight savings dependent).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Efficiently manage the submission and resubmission of required documents. Assist nurses in understanding any missing or incomplete information and guide them through the necessary steps to rectify the issues.
  • Document Uploading: Utilize our document management system to accurately upload and organize all collected documents. Ensure proper indexing and storage for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
  • Background Checks: Conduct thorough background checks on prospective nurses to confirm their eligibility and suitability for the position. Adhere to relevant legal and ethical standards during the background check process.

Pay: From R15 000,00 per month

Experience:

  • Client Relationship Management: 2 years (preferred)
