What We'll Bring:
We are looking for a Communications Specialist to support TU’s Customer Experience Operations team that has responsibility for content creation and support of our sales enablement/content creation platform for B2B Operations enabled by Salesforce and Seismic.

What You'll Bring:

  • Perform content creation, management, maintenance and governance for TransUnion’s sales enablement/content platform (The Source).
  • Coach, support and collaborate with content contributors to ensure adherence with best practices and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create and execute communication plans for vital events.
  • Lead the development of a variety of internal communications to highlight accomplishments, updates, changes, roadmaps, etc. that need to be shared within and outside the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement to optimize the processes and activity execution in alignment with enterprise objectives and industry and function standards.
  • May monitor usability and adoption of platforms, including analyzing data for improvement opportunities.
  • May mentor others with less experience.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Undergraduate degree and minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including ability to write, edit and present compelling technical and/or complex content digestible to the audience.
  • Adept in engaging and building trust at various levels of seniority and roles, building and fostering strong relationships and managing stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Keen ability to drive simultaneous deliverables to an on-time and quality completion.
  • Creative, resourceful and persistent; flexible and adaptive to changing priorities with a positive attitude, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills; exudes accountability, initiative and ownership.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor other associates.
  • Technical proficiency with Seismic or other comparable sales enablement/content management tool.
  • Desired (not required): bilingual in English and Spanish or/Portuguese.
  • Desired (not required): experience with customer relationship management tools such as Salesforce.
