Your profile:
- Diploma or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
- 3+ year’s related work experience in technical project management in an industrial environment
- Complex technical understanding with high practical orientation
- Goal
- and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Excellent communication in interaction with internal stakeholders and external customers also under stressful conditions
- Flexibility in dealing with people from different cultural backgrounds
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Willingness to travel locally to maximize efficiency in time on customer’s site
- Authorized to work in Thailand
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and drive the delivery of Reifenhäuser film lines, modifications, and main components to customers
- Prepare and maintain a comprehensive project planning including time-, capacity, and cost-planning
- Check customer requirements to meet the technical specification, identify deviations, and define solutions with the experts in the own organization and the business units
- Continuously track delivery deadlines, initiate corrective measures in the event of deviations, inform management and customer
- Coordinate the construction and commissioning phase on-site, ensure progress, and supervise the commissioning team until acceptance
- Proactive project cost controlling and management during the project phase and after final acceptance
