Overview:
We are seeking;
one creative and skilled florist
one keen and willing junior florist
to join our team.
As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing excellent customer service. Flexibility for key calendar dates is a must.
As a Junior, you will be responsible for being pro-active, keen to learn and a team player.
Duties:
- Designing and creating various floral arrangements such as bouquets, center-pieces, and wedding work
- Assisting customers in selecting the perfect flowers for their occasions
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the flower shop
- Processing incoming flower shipments and ensuring proper storage
- Providing knowledgeable advice on plant care and maintenance
- Handling customer inquiries and orders with professionalism and courtesy
Skills:
- Proficiency in English is required to effectively communicate with customers
- Strong organisational skills to manage inventory and orders efficiently
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and gardening techniques
- Sales skills to promote products and upsell to customers
Job Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: £7.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 24 per week

Experience:
