The Role
Design and Implement Automation environment using DCL scripting or third party softwares
Should be able to deliver independently
Should be a good team player and responsible for mentoring and training other team members
Good understanding of ITIL Processes
Create and Maintain documentation and keep account compliant as per the regulatory requirements.
Should be able to support the team in Internal and External Audits
