Role Overview
We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in-house. As a junior designer, you will work closely with our Senior Designers to create visually engaging and effective designs across various digital and print platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about design and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and editing graphics for marketing materials, social media posts, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts for design projects.
- Help maintain brand consistency and ensure that all designs align with the brand's visual identity.
- Execute design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring high quality and adherence to project timelines.
- Conduct research on current design trends and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives/briefs and deliver designs that meet marketing/business goals.
- Assist with photo retouching, image editing, and other post-production tasks.
- Organise and sort digital files to ensure tidy and efficient workspace.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work, demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a BIG plus.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm + (3 breaks)
- Pay: £23,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
