Operations Manager (Mep)

We are looking to hire a dynamic MEP Operation Manager for our respective organization. The applicant position requires experiences in all phases of Facilities Management.

Job Description.

  • Proven experience in commercial management and customer relation management
  • Good understanding of MEP maintenance and & operations
  • Good understanding of the management of the facilities management
  • Good knowledge of Hard services, including specialist services
  • Good knowledge of quality management, health and environmental management systems and relevant laws
  • Experience in the culture of performance, and the use of technology to achieve this wherever possible
  • Ability to plan and organize and supervise teams and be decisive when require.
  • Abilities to build relationships between managers, staff, supply chain and stakeholders
  • Experience in computer programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work under own initiative
  • Full compliance with international standards and standards applicable in the state of Qatar related to building maintenance
  • Professional Bodies
  • IFMA, RICS, IMechE, IEE, BIFM, CIBSE, ICE or similar

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.
  • At least 15+ years overall experience with 7 years experience of managing comparable comparable high value operations in GCC region.
  • Certified QCDD Engineer preferred
  • Grade A classified preferred approved from KAHRAMA/ relevant authorities
  • Certified QCDD Engineer preferred
  • Experience in computer programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
  • Fluent language ability in both spoken and written English & Arabic. Must be able to express ideas at all levels

Pay: From QAR18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
