Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and overall management functions including production, quality control, administration, and etc.
- Work closely with management level between plant to ensure overall achievements of production plans and quality standards
- Oversee the costs and budgets of the plant and conduct analysis and report to Directors
- Monitor overall plant performance and ensure all human and capital assets are well maintained and utilized
- Communicate and coordinate with departments to resolve any problems arisen in different areas of the plant to improve and enhance the operations to optimize performance and productivity
- Build up a strong potential workforce with proper people development strategies
- Ensure the plant’s conformance with all government, and environmental regulations, and nurse relationships with authorities in the local community
- Location: Semarang
Requirements:
- DSE / Form 5 or above
- Minimum 10 years solid experiences in manufacturing industry with a least 5 years in managerial level, preferably in a sizable plant with 500-1,000 workers for toys or similar industry
- Familiar in factory operations and customer factory audit
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills, trustworthy, independent and ability to influence to drive changes and continuous improvements
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Stationed at Indonesia during business days
- Salary:
- 40000 - 60000- Benefits:
