**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director, you are responsible for the preparation and
closing of monthly and annual financial statements.
**JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting
to Management.
Responsible for the preparation of annual financial statements.
Responsible for all accounting processes and tasks
Coordinate and liaise with company’s clients to support
intercompany accounting accuracies.
Check, review and approve payment to vendors.
Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing
requirements, tax filing requirements (GST/WHT/CIT) and year
- end audit.
Assist in new processes and system implementation whenever
required
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the
company.
Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors,
and government authorities where required.
Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements - tax filing
requirements, audits, statutory procedures
Able to undertake ad hoc and other company projects from time
to time as directed by Management
Responsible for quarterly GST/VAT returns and Company Income
tax returns.
Contribute to the budgeting process.
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and
efficiency;
Assist in the procuring of landscape items and products for
company’s requirements
Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum tertiary education with accounting qualifications
At least 3-5 years of experience.
Knowledge of XERO and or ERP Netsuite Oracle system will be
added advantage.
A self-starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to
meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
