ROLE:

  • Plan, manage, and evaluate logistics operations, including transportation, warehouse activities, and shipping, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and copackers.
  • Develop and manage the logistics and inventory budget to align with the company's financial objectives, actively monitor and control stock levels to ensure cost efficiency and minimize maintenance costs.
  • Implement quality control measures for the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods.
  • Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize transit times and costs.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of logistics and inventory operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (mandatory).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to create predictive models.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting stock data.
  • Experience in service level control.
  • Problem identification and resolution skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
