About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance program.
- Lead and mentor a talented engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Oversee refurbishment projects to uphold the property's 5-star standards.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
- Utilise your experience in branded properties to uphold and enhance the property's presentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in engineering leadership roles within branded properties.
- Expertise in refurbishment projects and preventive maintenance programs.
- Familiarity with the African hospitality market is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
