Savoy Sharm Group is a luxury hotel and resort company located in the beautiful city of Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a luxurious experience for our guests. We are currently seeking a professional and dedicated Room Attendant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
- Ensure all guest requests and preferences are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department
- Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Assist with laundry services as needed
- Stock and maintain the housekeeping cart with supplies
- Maintain a neat and organized work area
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
