Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Purchase Executive to join our growing team based in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the purchase and delivery of materials and services from suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery
- Maintain and update records of purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and inventory
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, quality control, finance, and sales to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the purchase and logistics process
- Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies regarding procurement and logistics
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in purchase and logistics management, preferably in the paints or chemical industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of international trade, customs, and shipping procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
