Call Center Agents:
We are seeking a skilled Call Center Agent who will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, providing assistance and support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information
  • Document all call information accurately and ensure that customer records are updated
  • Follow communication scripts and guidelines to provide consistent and efficient service
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and call handling time
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service information to provide accurate and relevant information to
    customers
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Visa 18 transferable
  • Can join immediately
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, be customer-focused, and have strong customer support skills
  • Experience in a call center or customer service
    role is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.

Pay: KD300.000 per month
