Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Waiters/Waitresses: Provide exceptional customer service, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Runners:Assist the waitstaff by delivering food and drinks to tables, refilling beverages, and supporting the service team.
  • Barista: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages, maintain the cleanliness of the coffee station, and assist in food service as needed.
  • Cashier: Handle transactions, process payments, issue receipts, and provide friendly and efficient service to customers.
