Job Title: Chef de Partie
Location: Sharq, Kuwait
Salary: 350-400 KD
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes according to our menu specifications.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and contribute to menu planning.
- Monitor food inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in well-reputed restaurants, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in preparing dishes from various cuisines.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to join immediately.
Pay: KD350.000 - KD400.000 per month
