Description
Identify and analyze the requirements of the O&M Contract.
Manage the Elaboration of the O&M Plan in accordance with the Contractual Scope of Plant O&M works (planning of scheduled shutdowns, preventive maintenance, etc.).
Review and/or prepare the O&M work program, defining the necessary operations and maintenance requirements for different Systems and Equipment.
Establish Work Procedures for the O&M Phase.
In coordination with the O&M Director (Functional Level), consolidate the O&M Team Organization Chart at the Plant. Ensure that specific functions and responsibilities and the Resource Calendar necessary to carry out the activities associated with the O&M Contract are covered.
Establish the interlocutors and communication flows to be used with the O&M Team.
Participate in the evaluation, tabulation, and award of Subcontracts for O&M works.
Direct and Manage the work of the O&M phase to proceed within established tolerances for Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Safety, Resources, and Risks.
Ensure the technical and economic operation of the Plant/Central in compliance with the Contract.
Implement Operation strategies according to the set objectives, ensuring proper coordination with the Plant Operation Chief and Performance Guarantee Managers (if necessary).
Ensure proper coordination with HSE, Quality, and other technical Areas and Departments involved in the O&M Phase.
Ensure compliance at the highest level of Safety, Quality, and Environment for the operations associated with the O&M phase of the Plant/Central.
Carry out proper Monitoring and Control of the O&M Phase, ensuring Budgetary control of the O&M Project.
Ensure Procurement and Logistics to supply Plant needs.
Be responsible, together with the Plant Operations Chief, for the Execution of the Emergency Plan.
Analysis of Organization, Production, and Maintenance to ensure maximum levels of efficiency.
Supervise the performance of the assigned Team. Control of incorporations/disincorporations, vacations, rotations, etc., ensuring compliance with labor regulations in terms of schedules, overtime, and breaks. Report to the Corporate Director and request support when necessary.
