Job Scope:
Leading order to cash team to ensure appropriate revenue recognition, compliance with financial controls, manage debtors’ balances including customer claims, returns, and overdue follow-up. Extremal and internal audit requirements, support customer development and finance teams with relevant data & analysis. Also being the front in global team requirements, to ensure timely submissions and responses.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Streamlining process within the team and across countries to drive efficiencies and simplifications.
- Customer overdue follow-up and customer reconciliations
- Credit management.
- Timely rebates and customer claim settlement
- Compliance with global control framework and work on SOX audit submissions
- Support in external statutory audit as well as internal and group audits.
- Balance sheet review and monitor of accruals and provisions.
- Ensure timely and smooth month end activities.
Key Competencies & Skills - Standards of Leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- Fluent in English
- Has good communication skills.
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- Experience with SAP ERP system
- Automation skills is a plus
