Job description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of a French-speaking Executive Virtual Assistant. This position requires fluency in both French and English, as well as exceptional communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence in French and English.
  • Conduct research and compile reports on various topics as assigned by executives.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Assist with the preparation and editing of documents, presentations, and other materials in French and English.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the executive team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the needs of the executives and the organization.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or virtual assistant, preferably in a multinational or remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: E£280.00 - E£330.00 per hour
