Description
**Responsibilities:
- Implementing standardized processes and procedures for document management, prepared by (EXPRO), including standard procedures for document numbering.
- Supporting records management and preservation of documents related to current organization projects that are not currently preserved in the existing corporate content management system.
- Preparing document management inputs for any contracts.
- Monitoring and reviewing the performance of document management within the organization, including conducting spot checks and other verification processes to ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements for each project.
- Developing online connections between the headquarters (the organization) and branches and (EXPRO) to allow access to all servers of the current corporate content management system.
- Implementing an Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) provided by the first party after obtaining inputs from (EXPRO) in accordance with the Unified Regulations for Documents and Administrative Archives.
**Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information management, library science, records management, or related field with professional certifications as an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in document management, records management, or information governance, including implementing and managing systems and improving existing processes.
- Strong knowledge of document lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and proficiency in document management software and content management systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, including managing teams, developing strategies, and conducting performance reviews, with a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
