**Responsibilities:
- Design innovative and creative products using software according to the needs and requirements of the organization.
- Complete projects and design tasks within specified timelines.
- Review designs to ensure quality and compliance with organizational standards. 4. Create and maintain design guidelines and templates to ensure consistency across different design projects.
**Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Five or more years of experience professional with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
