Provide Expert Guidance**: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on loss prevention strategies, security measures, and risk mitigation techniques.

  • * Conduct Risk Assessments*: Assess clients' security risks and vulnerabilities through comprehensive risk assessments, site surveys, and security audits.
  • * Develop Loss Prevention Strategies*: Collaborate with clients to develop customized loss prevention strategies and action plans tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
  • * Implement Security Protocols*: Design and implement security protocols, procedures, and controls to protect against theft, fraud, vandalism, and other forms of loss.
  • * Deploy Security Technology*: Evaluate and recommend security technology solutions, including CCTV systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and alarm monitoring services.
  • * Provide Training and Education*: Deliver training sessions and educational workshops to clients and internal staff on loss prevention best practices, security awareness, and crisis management.
  • * Stay Abreast of Trends*: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in loss prevention and security management, and advise clients accordingly.

Qualifications

  • PhD degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in loss prevention, security management, or risk management roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of loss prevention principles, security technologies, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Certification as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or similar credentials preferred.
  • Commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all aspects of work.
