Our client is seeking a motivated and innovated Junior Information Technology Specialist to join their team.
As a Junior Information Technology Specialist, you will work closely with the IT team to provide technical support and assistance to the employees. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, and maintaining network infrastructure.
Key Responsbilities
- providing technical support
- monitoring system performance and ensuring optimal uptime for critical systems
- assisting in maintaining network infrastructure
- assisting in implementing security measures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access
- documenting IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and system configuration
- assisting in developing training materials and conducting training sessions for employees on IT best practices and procedures
Full time contracts with excellent renumeration and benefits available
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong technical aptitude and a passion for learning about new technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
