As a culture Trainer you will be conducting training sessions “on-site/virtually”, ensuring active participation and understanding among participants and more.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, providing cultural orientation and language support as required.
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, workshops, and e-learning modules, to support the learning objectives.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed to address specific communication challenges or cultural differences.
  • Develop and deliver training programs focused on enhancing communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and cross-cultural understanding, specifically tailored for German-speaking employees.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and cultural nuances relevant to the BPO industry and the German-speaking market.
  • Conduct training sessions “On-site and/or virtually”, ensuring active participation and understanding among participants.

Targeted Qualifications

  • Fluency in English Language, Native speaker.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Previous experience as a trainer or facilitator, delivering culture and communication training programs in a multicultural environment - Is a must.
  • Flexibility to adapt training methods and content to meet the needs of different learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Intercultural Studies, Communications, Education, or similar related field.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with employees at all levels.
  • Certification in training or coaching (e.g., CTT+, CPLP, ACC) is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of cultural differences, communication styles, and business etiquette in both German-speaking countries and the global context.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Experience with instructional design and curriculum development is highly desirable.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
