Callnovo is a global leader in the customer service industry. We're currently seeking some Bilingual English/German Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers in both English and German languages
- Keep up-to-date with product and service information in order to provide accurate solutions to customers
- Meet or exceed customer service expectations and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent written German language skills
- At least one year of online customer service experience
- Strong communication skills in both English and German
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
