Position: Senior Driver I
Duration: 6 months’ renewable
Location: Abuja
DUTIES:
Drive official vehicle within and outside Abuja.
Convey scientist to field trips within Abuja and other states.
Ensure all project vehicles are well maintained and clean.
Ensure vehicle documents are up to date and fill vehicle logbook in a coherent manner.
Perform any other job-related task as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATION:
National Diploma with six (6) years’ experience or O’level with a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience valid Drivers’ License performing a similar role in a well-structured environment.
COMPETENCIES:
Have excellent communication skills (writing, reading and speaking).
Have good knowledge of defensive driving with excellent awareness of driving rules and regulations.
Have ability to work under pressure.
Have initiative and high moral, integrity, positive attitude and strong team spirit.
