Continuous Risk & Compliance Management & Reporting
Perform and encourage continuous and effective risk management practice within your activities. Promote risk-based decision taken. Ensure effective escalation of key risks, compliance breach and non-ethical issues. Demonstrate and encourage ethical behaviors. Promote Business continuity best practices and compliance to applicable regulations and internal PPPs (Policy, Process and Procedures).
Revenue Assurance
Participate in projects to add-on, update, or improve processes and systems within the RAFM. Conduct regular checks on the performance of the billing system for products and services. (control of the invoicing of products and services) Track the results of the reconciliations between the Network and the billing systems are configured, followed up with the various controls on the validation of the billing. Ensure that rejected CDRs are timely reprocessed.
Fraud Management - To ensure fraud oversight is in place across MTN Benin’s Systems and revenue streams. To include:
Execute the anti-fraud strategy. Participate in awareness campaigns within the company. Execute operations related to the implementation of the fraud management strategy (checks, alerts, performance reporting).
Products and Services Evaluation
Establish and maintain strong, sustainable, and influential relationships with business partners through project and program interactions; coordinate with cross-functional departments on revenue-related issues. Be involved from the early stages in product and service development. Set up RAFM processes to evaluate risks on products at each step of their life cycle, influence products revamping or decommissioning if required.

RAFM CORE TECHNOLOGY
Provide input into the enhancement, selection and/or development of value-adding Revenue Assurance tools /solutions with business units, ensuring alignment with the RA Framework.
Master existing Revenue Assurance and Fraud management Tools
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE SYSTEMS
Implement controls when onboarding VAS service providers on the network. (Contract Compliance, SLAs, Disposition of Billing Information, Framework for Use of MTN Subscriber Data, Dispute Management Process, Billing Terms)
Monitor and ensure the integrity of the information processing of the reporting systems used by the company by setting up reconciliations with the systems independent of the RAFM.
Monitor the availability of reporting systems.
Support the technical teams during changes and during tests on reporting platforms.
Education Bac +3 in Computer Science, Telecoms, Auditing, Accounting, Mathematics or Statistics (Data Analysis)
Experience
2+ years’ experience in Revenue Assurance or Fraud Management (mandatory) 2+ years in telecommunications industry, within a financial risk assessment environment (* desirable)* 2+ years’ experience using an RAFM controlling tool (SUBEX tool or WEDO technologies) (mandatory) Experienced in using an RAFM reporting tool (RAMS or ARCHER) (mandatory)
Knowledge
Extensive knowledge of Communications Technologies and Mobile Networks Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite Knowledge of project management Excellent knowledge of risk management in the Telecom environment Knowledge of reporting and presentation Good knowledge of MTN Benin's products and
