We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Position: Customer Care Officer
Job Location:Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

• Responsible for coordination of at least 2 master program
• Supports students and answer student’s queries and requests
• Prepares and sends the Transcript of records, results and the Master’s Degree Certificates to students
• Upload lecture materials and assessments on the VLE for the programs.
• Sets up the classroom for the lectures and supports logístically the teachers for the class conduct
• Host and Monitor the Online classes during the weekdays and weekends.

Requirements:

• B.Sc / HND in any discipline with 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
