Job Position: Personal Assistant to the MD / CEO
Job Location:Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Our client wants to hire a dynamic and resourceful Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director/CEO in managing their daily schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for theCEO with internal and external clients
- Handle incoming requests and queriesappropriately
- Manage the CEO’s diary, schedulemeetings, and appointments, and providereminders
- Take accurate and comprehensive notesat meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Develop and maintain an efficientdocumentation and filing system
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights,accommodation, and groundtransportation
- Manage information flow in a timelyand accurate manner
- Track daily expenses and prepare weeklymonthly or quarterly reports.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a PersonalAssistant to a senior executive
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant
- MS Office and English proficiency
