SURIA SABAH SHOPPING MALL:

Responsibilities:

Stock Receiving
Receive & acknowledge all stocks from transporters or couriers and etc. Ensure correct quantity (carton), in good condition and the waybill recipient name is belongs to respective outlet.
Perform E-Receving function into system by PDA scanning.
Perform stock pricing, stock tagging and labelling within stipulated deadline set by the company.
Reconciling inventory discrepancies if have any.
Ensure handover stock is completed with pricing or labeling for the selling floor operations team.
Stock Return
Check RPO: Verify the details of the RPO to ensure correct items and quantities are packed.
Inspect Products: Inspect each item to ensure they are in good condition, without any defects or damage according to stocks return packing procedure.
Remove Price Labels: Remove any price labels or tags from the products before packing them into carton.
Stock Transfer
General and Safety
Assist in Book Fair/ BookFest/ New Outlet Opening/ Stock Take and etc as assign by the company.
Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

Diploma or tertiary education with at least 1 - 2 years working experience.
Possess good leadership and management skills.
Dynamic, self-motivated, fast learner, excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Optimise sales opportunities.
Strong interest and passionate to work in retail industry.
Able to work in shift hours, weekends & public holidays.
When no experience needed / fresh grad are acceptable.

STAFF BENEFITS:

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
