Description
Develop and implement financial and accounting policies and procedures to align with business objectives and ensure compliance.
- Review and verify financial statements and closing procedures, including cost allocations and account reconciliations, to guarantee accuracy and compliance with IFRS and legal standards.
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily financial operations, monitoring transactions for accurate and timely recording and reporting.
- Prepare financial reports and perform analysis to support management in decision-making processes.
- Support external and internal auditors and IPO representatives by ensuring timely availability of requested financial reports.
- Generate ad-hoc reports based on management requests.
- Provide management with requested information by compiling data, preparing reports, and making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.
- Manage strategic and tactical projects related to the financial area, ensuring successful delivery as per agreed terms and plans.
- Supervise human capital, forecasting operational needs for recruitment, career development, training, and performance management to achieve department objectives and maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with systems, quality, safety, and environmental standards, overseeing implementation and adherence to related policies, regulations, processes, plans, and operating instructions by employees and service providers.
- Utilize ERP System functionalities to streamline financial processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance financial reporting accuracy, thereby bolstering organizational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
Pay: QAR15,000.00 - QAR20,000.00 per month
