Description
Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
- To handle the manpower supply on different projects.
- To prepare tenders/RFQ's and RFP.
- Liaising with, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.
- Documenting any changes in scope of work and updating budgets.
- Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Traveling from the office to various sites as required.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- 5 years Manpower supply experience
- 3 years' experience in aluminum industries.
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
- A valid driver's license.
Pay: BD500.000 - BD550.000 per month
