Description
Position Brief:
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive talent management strategies and initiatives to support organizational goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key talent needs, succession planning, and workforce planning strategies.
- Oversee talent development programs, including leadership development, training, and mentoring initiatives.
- Utilize talent analytics and workforce planning to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers on talent-related matters.
Lead and mentor a team of talent management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 8 to 12 years of in depth experience in talent management or HR leadership roles, with a track record of success in developing and implementing talent management strategies.
Skills and Abilities:
- In-depth knowledge of talent management principles, practices, and tools.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and build consensus among stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in talent analytics and data-driven decision-making.
