Senior Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Specialist - Qatar CLIENT Linum Consult’s client operates out of the Middle East. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an Arabic-speaking Senior Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Specialist to join their team in Qatar. RESPONSIBILITIES - Leading the development and execution of a competitive compensation and benefits programme - Conducting in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identifying best practices - Designing and administering impactful employee recognition programmes to boost morale and engagement - Analysing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of rewards programmes and identifying improvement opportunities - Communicating effectively with leadership and employees at all levels about compensation and benefits
