Accomplished Lead Electrical Engineer with extensive domain experience in electrical substation projects within the Oil & Gas sector.
Proven track record in engineering, supervising, managing, and directing complex electrical projects. Adept at developing project budgets, monitoring costs, managing material flow, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. Skilled in leading and mentoring teams, overseeing design and engineering processes, and ensuring project completion in alignment with schedules and quality standards.
Key Competencies:
- Project Management: Strong ability to plan, execute, and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion within the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Engineering and Design: Proficient in creating and reviewing electrical drawings, including Equipment Layouts, Single Line Diagrams, Cable Tray Layouts, and Earthing Systems.
- Team Leadership: Experienced in leading and mentoring teams of Electrical Engineers, Supervisors, and technical staff to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
- Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, ensuring the availability of personnel, tools, and materials to meet project demands.
- Client Coordination: Skilled in liaisoning with clients to ensure all contractual and technical requirements are met.
- Commissioning: Lead the commissioning team and vendors for Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and energization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
