Job Title: Project Manager (Township Project)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans covering all aspects of the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with the project plan, timeline, and budget.
  • Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.

  • Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure that all stakeholders are updated on project progress and any issues.
  • Project Monitoring and Controlling:

  • Monitor site activities and ensure smooth execution as per the project schedule.

  • Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and materials to avoid delays and cost overruns.
  • Implement project control processes and tools to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Review and Compliance:

  • Review civil, structural, and architectural shop drawings to ensure compliance with contract drawings and design requirements.

  • Ensure all designs are properly coordinated with other disciplines and submitted according to the construction schedule.
  • Client and Contractor Management:

  • Work closely with clients and contractors from project initiation to handover.

  • Address any issues or concerns promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure that the construction work meets the required standards and specifications.

  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in township, villas, and commercial building construction.
  • Proven experience in project planning, coordination, monitoring, and controlling.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
