Job Title: Project Manager (Township Project)

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans covering all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with the project plan, timeline, and budget.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and ensure that all stakeholders are updated on project progress and any issues.
Project Monitoring and Controlling:
Monitor site activities and ensure smooth execution as per the project schedule.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and materials to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Implement project control processes and tools to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Review and Compliance:
Review civil, structural, and architectural shop drawings to ensure compliance with contract drawings and design requirements.
- Ensure all designs are properly coordinated with other disciplines and submitted according to the construction schedule.
Client and Contractor Management:
Work closely with clients and contractors from project initiation to handover.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and ensure client satisfaction.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure that the construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work and adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in township, villas, and commercial building construction.
- Proven experience in project planning, coordination, monitoring, and controlling.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
