Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve customer inquiries related to delivery and shipment issues.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of logistics strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations is a plus.
